• Provide timely feedback and required materials
• Ensure all content provided is legally owned or licensed
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Pay invoices on time as specified

4. Intellectual Property

• • Work-in-progress remains AKA FlairWorks property until final payment
• • Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of deliverables
• • We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless NDA applies
• • Pre-existing code libraries and frameworks remain our property

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination:

• Client pays for all work completed to date
